Anthony R. Olivieri

Anthony Olivieri has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.  While attending school, he acquired and sold numerous properties for his own account and in 1987 entered the commercial real estate field working for a regional firm out of Fresno, California.  In 1989, he was recruited by CB Commercial where he specialized in commercial retail properties. During this time, he initiated the regional Retail Tenant Services Team, recognized as a “Top Four” producer for several years, and received national recognition for marketing and sales presentations at CB University in Chicago.

In 1997, Anthony established Olivieri Commercial Group, OCG, as a commercial real estate brokerage company with a focus on commercial development, tenant representation, investment sales, and property management.

Today, the majority of Anthony’s time is spent developing marketing strategies for his clients that help achieve their ultimate goals. His experience in ground-up development, project stabilization, and investment sales make Anthony a unique partner in today’s varied marketplace.  His real value comes from extensive experience in highest and best use analysis, site acquisition, entitlements, finance (including extensive knowledge with SBA lending), construction, lease negotiations, and disposition as well as partnership origination and group sponsored acquisition.

Mr. Olivieri is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS), and a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX).  He is also currently, on the board of directors for Mid State Development (the local CDC for SBA financed projects), a board member with Kern Real Estate Foundation,  President of Bakersfield Business Network, and affiliated with California Receivers (attended the 2009 Loyola III: Receivership Law & Practice). He is a member of Bank of the Sierra’s Advisory Board, a member of the Kern Economic Development Corporation, and Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce.

Giana Olivieri

Giana Olivieri joined Olivieri Commercial Group, Inc in June of 2014 as the Marketing Coordinator.  Her creativity, organizational skills, and professionalism earned her the position of Marketing Director in 2015.  Working closely with senior agents on marketing campaigns and strategies, she quickly recognized her desire to educate and guide her own clients through the process while creating strategies to fulfill their needs.  With this passion and motivation, she earned her real estate license in 2016 and began her career as a Commercial Real Estate Agent.

Giana’s experience in the field includes leasing, selling, landlord representation, tenant representation, market and property evaluations, and marketing strategies.  She has worked extensively with tenured agents and seasoned brokers, allowing her to gain experience with the nuances and challenges of the industry.

Giana comes from a long line of successful leaders in business.  As a fourth-generation in commercial real estate, she is passionate about exceeding her client’s standards while providing them with a family-friendly approach.

Giana graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology, and is a Bakersfield native, who enjoys serving her community. She is currently a member of BNI Bakersfield Business Partners and the International Convention of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Giana is proud to be part of the Olivieri Commercial Group team, which strives to impact the lives of their clients and community through an elevated level of service with accountability, integrity, and the core belief that the client’s success is their success.

J-P Masuda

J-P Masuda began his career in business and enterprise sales with Clear Channel Outdoor in San Francisco, CA (2009), selling advertising on billboards and other outdoor formats for the largest global company in its industry. After 4 years in the Bay Area, J-P relocated to Chicago, IL to work for CBS Outdoor (2013), the 2nd largest company in the industry. After a full circle of the calendar in the Chicago market, it was time to make a decision on long-term location.

Masuda moved back to Bakersfield, CA in 2014 and began his new career path in commercial real estate with Olivieri Commercial Group. He has spent the majority of his working hours focusing on retail and medical/office real estate transactions. J-P has experienced all aspects of the real estate transaction from leasing, to sales, and complex ground-up development projects. He takes a selfless approach to help meet his client’s goals and provide his undivided attention to maximize the efforts he puts forth on their behalf.

As a Bakersfield native, J-P is passionate about his community and desires to keep Bakersfield beautiful in any way he can contribute. Masuda attended Centennial High School and Bakersfield College, playing football for both programs. He is a country music fan, enjoys a good round of golf, but most importantly, he loves spending time with his family and friends.
